PS ilove you oppening scene

In the opening of the romantic comedy “P.S,I  love you”, we can tell that it is a romantic comedy because  of the background music is quiet and actually says the words “I love you”. The audience can also tell that this is a romantic comedy because the first scene shows a man apologizing to a woman like they are close friends or a couple. we know that the man and women in this scene are the main characters because the camera is focused on them for a long time in this scene we can tell the setting of the film is in the city because of the clothing e.g.the man is wherein a shirt which indicates that he is from a urban environment
